Cardiff City: Why they could be Wales' new superpower
Whilst the English and Scottish games have been on the end of an exponential increase in interest and coverage in the last few years, the Welsh game has never quite taken off in the same way, with it providing excitement for those who follow it but never seeing its general fanbase stretch as far as the other two have.
However, perhaps now is the time for more fans to develop an interest in it, with last season seeing Cardiff City end their 10-year wait for the Adran Premier title and go unbeaten throughout the whole campaign and then defend that title this season after holding off the attempts of Swansea City and newly-promoted Wrexham to topple them from their throne, with them sealing the title with two games to go.
